EUGENIE DOYLE

Eugenie Doyle has been growing organic garlic with her family on their 200 acre farm in Monkton VT for 15 years. Former dairy farmers Eugenie and husband Sam Burr plant about 150 lbs of garlic yearly along with strawberries, raspberries, asparagus, and many other vegetables. They also cut about 80 acres of hay. They love garlic, their 3 college age children love garlic and the annual garlic harvest has become a much anticipated event by young local helpers.
