Blue Moon Farm is a husband/wife partnership dedicated to sustainably raising gourmet varietal garlic, approximately 45,000 bulbs in 2005. We are both in our early 50's and have been growing garlic commercially since the late 80's. We come by our garlic growing affliction through a love of good, fresh food. We eventually became so consumed with growing and marketing that we shelved our other vocation, buying and selling antique furniture and collectibles. We also grow lettuces, spring salad mix, blackberries, peas, beans, baby squash medley, peppers (hot & sweet), tomatoes, eggplant, herbs, flowers and more.
